What this covers
This policy applies to candy-aii.com and to nothing else. It does not cover Candy AI, whose own policy governs everything you do once you are on the platform, and it does not cover any other site you reach from a link here. This site is independent of Candy AI, as set out in the legal notice, and holds no account data of any kind.
What we collect
Nothing you hand over, because nothing on this domain asks you for anything: no form, no sign-up, no comment field, no mailing list. The contact page publishes an email address and stops there. If you do write to us, we keep your message and your address only for as long as answering takes, then delete them. Separately, the hosting provider records ordinary server logs — IP address, timestamp, the file requested, the browser string — which exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse. They are not used to build a profile of anyone and are not sold or shared.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies. It writes nothing to local storage, runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel, which is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner. Every stylesheet, script, image and font is served from this domain rather than from an external network, so opening a page here does not announce your visit to a third party.
Your rights
If you have emailed us you can ask what we still hold, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to erase it, and we will. Readers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have those rights under the GDPR, readers in California under the CCPA; either way, write to contact@candy-aii.com and say what you want done. Pages are served over HTTPS. Once you follow a link off this site you are under someone else's rules, so it is worth reading theirs too.
Age and changes
The subject matter here is for adults only (18+) and we do not knowingly correspond with anyone younger. If this policy changes, the text on this page is simply replaced; there is no archive of older versions kept elsewhere.
