Where to write
Everything arrives in the same place: contact@candy-aii.com. There is no form on this page and no mailing list, because we would rather not hold addresses we have no use for. Replies normally go out within a few working days, and corrections jump the queue.
What we can do
A stale price, a dead link, a feature that no longer behaves the way we describe it: name the page and the sentence, and it gets checked. What we cannot touch is your account. This site does not run Candy AI and has no access to it, so billing, sign-in trouble, moderation decisions and platform bugs all have to go to Candy AI's own support.
Adults only (18+). Companions are fictional. This is an independent review site, not Candy AI customer service.
